摘要
20世纪90年代后期产生于企业的年薪制,如今却已成为高校吸引高层次人才的普遍选择,这是高校之间人才竞争的必然结果,也是高校自身发展壮大的必然选择。为更好地吸引、稳定和激励高层次人才,云南大学自2014年以来先后对数十名高层次人才发放了年薪,通过实践,有必要对高校年薪实施过程中发现的规范性、考核效力、公平性、经费来源等方面的问题进行研究解决。
the annual salary system of enterprises in the late1990s has become a universal choice for attracting high-level talents in Colleges and universities,which is the inevitable result of talent competition among colleges and universities,and also the inevitable choice for the development and expansion of colleges and universities.In order to better attract,stabilize and motivate high level talents,Yunnan University has issued annual salary of ten high-level talents since2014.Through the practice,it is necessary to study and solve the problems of standardization,effectiveness,fairness and sources of funds found in the implementation process of annual salary in Colleges and universities.
