跨区域系统图书馆合作联盟实现资源整合共享探索——以云南开放大学与首都图书馆长期合作联盟为例

Research on Resource Integration and Sharing of Cross Regional Library System Cooperation Alliance

云南开放大学与首都图书馆签订"长期合作框架协议",合作双方实现了业务对接。随着"合作协议"的实施推进,探索了跨省(直辖市)区域、跨系统建设图书馆联盟的优势及难题所在,云南开放大学图书馆与首都图书馆合作联盟采用了协议管理模式,建议不断完善协议内容,促进云南开放大学体系文化建设、搭建文献资源共建共享平台、建立读书学习共享空间。

Yunnan Open University signed a"long-term cooperation framework agreement"with the Capital Library,and the two sides achieved business docking.With the implementation of the cooperation agreement,this paper probes into the advantages and problems of the library consortia in trans provincial(municipality)region and inter system construction.The Yunnan Open University Library and the Capital Library Cooperation Alliance adopted the protocol management.It is suggested that the content of the agreement should be improved,the system culture construction of Yunnan Open University be promoted,the co construction and sharing platform of literature resources be set up,and the reading and learning commons be established.
