摘要
间歇性训练是近年来较为流行的一种新型体能训练方法,并已经逐步应用于专业运动员训练中。间歇性训练在对体能要求较高的军校内具有广阔的应用前景,但现阶段大部分军校仍然沿用过去的传统训练模式,间歇性训练还没有得到有效推广。本文从介绍间歇性训练相关概念出发,分析了军校目前采用的几种体能训练方式及其局限性,提出在军校学员体能训练中引入间歇性训练的重要意义。为了进一步研究间歇性训练对于军校学员体能的影响,本文选取成绩相近的部分学员进行分组对照实验,记录实验前后的体能测试成绩,运用统计学方法对实验结果进行处理,从而证明了间歇性训练对于军校学员体能具有明显的提升作用,最后对本次研究工作进行了总结和展望。
The intermittent training is a rising physical training method in recent years.It has aroused concern all over the world and has been applied to theprofessional athlete training.The intermittent training has a broad prospect in military school which demands high physical training standards.But nowadays most military schools still use former traditional training methods and the intermittenttraining has not been popularized.This paper starts from analysing related concepts of theintermittent training and the traditional physical training.It introduces some current physical training methods in military school and presents the importance of applyingtheintermittent training.In order to study the effect of the intermittent training on physical fitness,this paper selects some students for control experiment.It records their scores before and after the physical fitness test and then uses statistical process.The result proves the intermittent training obviously useful in improving physical fitness of military school students.At last,the study work is summarized and further improvement is expected.
