我国优秀女子竞走运动员技术特点分析——以吕秀芝技术特点为例

本文通过大量收集文献资料并跟队训练观察以及研究科研人员提供的相关数据,发现竞走技术在竞走中起关键性作用,竞走技术是竞走的生命,通过运用三维运动学分析的方法,对我国女子20km竞走运动员吕秀芝的技术进行研究发现,重心起伏大以及在支撑腿支撑瞬间摆动腿的膝关节角度过大,容易出现抛小腿的现象等一些技术问题本文全面分析和阐述。以此来提高运动员对技术的改进和全面发展。
