颌骨囊肿临床有效治疗方法及疗效观察

Clinical treatment and therapeutic effect of maxillary cyst

目的探讨颌骨囊肿的临床有效治疗方法。方法选取我院收治的66例颌骨囊肿患者,随机分为两组(观察组、对照组),每组33例。观察组采用开窗减压术治疗,对照组采用颌骨囊肿刮治术治疗。观察并统计两组患者术后囊腔体积变小、术后感染、术后疼痛等并发症情况。结果观察组术后囊腔体积变小、术后感染、术后疼痛等并发症率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿患者的临床效果显著,并能降低术后感染等并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effective treatment of jaw cyst.Methods66cases of jaw cyst treated in our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups(observation group and control group).33cases in observation group were treated by decompression technique,the other adopt the method of jaw cyst curettage.The complications of postoperative capsular size,postoperative infection and postoperative pain were observed and calculated.Results The rate of complications with postoperative capsular size,postoperative infection,postoperative pain was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The decompression technique had obviously clinical effect in the patients with jaw cyst and can reduced postoperative complications such as infection,which can be further popularized in clinic.
