康复新液用于预防气管插管患者并发口腔溃疡的效果探讨

目的探讨康复新液用于预防气管插管患者并发口腔溃疡的效果。方法随机选取我院在2016年1月至2017年1月接诊的行气管插管呼吸机辅助通气患者80例参与本次研究,采取抽签法将其平分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),观察组采用康复新液以治疗,对照组采用生理盐水治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、口腔溃疡程度、口腔分泌物实验室检查结果、口腔异味发生率、口腔分泌物PH值。结果与对照组患者相比,观察组患者口腔溃疡治疗有效率更高,口腔溃疡程度更轻,口腔细菌阳性率和口腔异味发生率更低,且两组上述对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者口腔内PH值对比无明显差异,未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对气管插管患者给予康复新液进行预防性治疗,能有效减少口腔溃疡的发生,且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid for prevention of tracheal intubation in patients with oral ulcer.Methods randomly selected in our hospital from January2016to January2017were endotracheal intubation ventilator assisted ventilation in80patients participated in this study,take lots will be divided into the observation group(40cases)and control group(40cases),observation group were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment,the control group using saline treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,oral ulcers,oral secretions,laboratory examination results,the incidence of oral odor,oral secretions pH value.Results Results compared with the control group,the observation group of patients with oral ulcer treatment effective rate is higher,the degree of oral ulcer lighter,oral bacteria positive rate and lower incidence of oral odor,and the two group comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05);two patients of oral pH ratio has no obvious difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid for tracheal intubation in patients with preventive treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of oral ulcer,and high safety,it is worthy of popularization and application.
