草铵膦对转Bar基因马铃薯的药害及田间杂草的防治效果 被引量:4

Phytotoxicity of Glufosinate-ammonium Application on Bar Transgenic Potato and Efficacy on Weed Control in Field

摘要 为评价草铵膦对转Bar基因马铃薯的药害及田间杂草的防治效果,在‘陇薯3号’及其转Bar基因株系苗期和现蕾期的地块,用草铵膦对所有马铃薯植株和杂草进行叶面喷施。通过观察统计,发现药后3 d时,转基因株系的所有植株叶色浓绿,长势良好;未转基因植株‘陇薯3号’和所有杂草的叶片表面出现枯斑并萎蔫变黄。苗期药后9 d时,所有转基因植株仍然叶色浓绿,长势良好;未转基因植株‘陇薯3号’和所有杂草全部干枯,完全死亡。现蕾期药后9 d时,转基因植株和未转基因植株‘陇薯3号’与苗期药后9 d时状态一致,绝大部分杂草干枯死亡,但少数杂草仍保持绿色。苗期药后25和35 d时,未转基因植株‘陇薯3号’和绝大部分杂草仍处于完全死亡状态,极少数残存杂草正常生长,但此时转基因马铃薯的长势已远远强于这些杂草,其生长基本不受残存杂草的影响。现蕾期药后25 d时,残存杂草的种类和数量较苗期增多,并且长势对马铃薯的生长造成了一定的影响。 Plants of untransgenic and Bar transgenic potato'Longshu3'and weeds were treated with glufosinate-ammonium by foliage spray at seedling and bud flower stages,respectively,to evaluate phytotoxicity of glufosinate-ammonium application on Bar transgenic potato and efficacy on weed control in field.All the leaves of transgenic plants were very green and grew well,while all the leaves of untransgenic potatoes and weeds appeared dry spots and wilted at3d after treatment.At9d after seedling stage treatment,all the transgenic plants remained green and grew well,while all the plants of untransgenic potatoes and weeds died.At9d after bud flower stage treatment,all the transgenic and untransgenic potatoes were very green and grew well,while most of the weeds dried to death.At25and35d after seedling stage treatment,except for a few weeds,all the untransgenic potatoes and most of weeds died.However,the transgenic potato grew much stronger than survival weeds and their growth was almost not affected by survival weeds.At25d after bud flower stage treatment,the species and number of survival weeds increased compared with the seedling stage,and the growth of potatoes had been affected by the survival weeds.
