摘要 为防止海洋环境下大体积混凝土出现开裂,导致腐蚀加剧的现象,工程在不布置冷却水管的情况下按大体积混凝土配合比设计的原则,采用低水泥用量、掺入大掺量的掺合料并掺入适量的MgO抗裂剂,通过配合比的优化设计及氧化镁对混凝土性能的影响分析,确定使用52%水泥、20%粉煤灰、20%矿粉、8%氧化镁抗裂剂的胶凝材料体系效果较好,配制出来的混凝土工作性能、力学性能、耐久性优良,通过试验段的施工,该大体积混凝土结构未出现明显裂缝,满足海工大体积混凝土的施工要求。 To prevent the cracking of mass concrete in marine environment,lead to the phenomenon of corrosion intensifies,without arrangement of the cooling water pipe,according to the principle of the mix proportion design of mass concrete with low cement dosage and large dosage of admixture and adding the right amount of MgO anti-cracking agent,through the optimization of mixture ratio design and impact analysis of MgO on the properties of concrete,we determined that using52%cement,20%fly ash,20%mineral powder,and8%MgO anti-cracking agent has good effect of gelled material system.The prepared concrete has excellent work performance,mechanical properties,and durability,through the construction of the test section,this mass concrete structure does not appear obvious cracks,which can meet the construction requirements of mass marine engineering concrete.
