摘要
高位料仓具有节约能源、减少用地、节约建筑用水、降低材料损耗、环保的特点,尤其是布置灵活,适用于场地狭小、用地不规则区域,综合效益显著。广东佛山城市轨道交通2号线管片厂选用高位料仓进行搅拌站所用地材存储。高位料仓储料系统由受料口、皮带机系统、储料仓、控制系统构成,采用全封闭设计,高位料仓为钢筋混凝土结构。文章结合实际工程介绍了混凝土搅拌站高位料仓的结构特点、工作原理,并对其经济性进行了分析,具有较好的推广价值。
The higher hoppers with the features of saving energy,reducing land,saving building water,decreasing loss of materials and protecting the environment,especially the flexible arrangement which suitable for narrow and irregular sites,have obvious benefits of comprehensive effects.Urban rail transit Line2of Guangdong Foshan segment factory selects higher hoppers to store materials of mixing station.Higher hoppers storage system is made of receptacle,belt machine system,storehouse,controlling system.It is fully enclosed design.The higher hoppers are reinforced concrete structure.Combined with practical engineering,we introduced the structural features,working principles of the higher hoppers of concrete mixing station and analyzed its economic,which has good promotion effects.
