老年脑卒中恢复期患者中药用药价值与用药教育管理

Medication value of traditional Chinese medicine and medication education management in elderly patients with stroke at convalescence

目的:探讨老年脑卒中恢复期患者中药用药价值及用药教育管理。方法:收治老年脑卒中患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用中医辨证治疗并予以用药教育管理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组BI指数明显高于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予老年脑卒中患者中医辨证治疗及用药教育管理可以明显提高患者的生活活动能力及减少用药不良反应。

Objective:To explore the medication value of traditional Chinese medicine and medication education management in elderly patients with stroke at convalescence.Methods:100elderly patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated by TCM treatment and medication education management.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the BI index was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and medication education management can significantly improve the activity of life and reduce adverse drug reactions.
