双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效探讨

Effect of live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and streptococcus thermophilus combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children

目的:探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:收治小儿腹泻患者108例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用双歧三联活菌片治疗,研究组采用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率和临床指标恢复正常时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and streptococcus thermophilus combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods:108patients with diarrhea were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and streptococcus thermophilus.The study group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and streptococcus thermophilus combined with montmorillonite powder.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate and clinical indicators returned to normal time were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and streptococcus thermophilus combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children was significant.
