阿奇霉素联合头孢类药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效分析

Efficacy of azithromycin combined with cephalosporins in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合头孢类药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床效果。方法:收治COPD急性加重期患者60例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用头孢西丁治疗,观察组采用头孢西丁联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率和治疗后的呼吸功能均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合头孢类药物治疗COPD急性加重期的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of azithromycin combined with cephalosporins in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:60patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with cefoxitin,and the observation group was treated by cefoxitin combined with azithromycin.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the treatment efficiency and respiratory function after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of azithromycin combined with cephalosporins in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.
