冠状动脉搭桥手术240例治疗体会

Treatment experience of coronary artery bypass grafting in 240 cases

目的:探讨冠状动脉搭桥手术的方法。方法:收治实施冠状动脉搭桥手术患者240例,比较患者手术前后心绞痛发病例数、心肌供血改善例数、心功能改善例数、家属及患者对治疗效果满意例数。结果:手术后发生心绞痛例数明显少于手术前,心肌供血良好例数、心功能较好例数、家属满意例数明显多于手术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠脉搭桥手术可以有效缓解患者的病情,改善患者预后。

Objective:To explore the method of coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:240patients with coronary artery bypass grafting were selected.The number of patients with angina pectoris,the number of myocardial blood supply improvement,the number of patients with cardiac function improvement,the number of patients with family and patients satisfied with the treatment effect were compared.Results:After the operation,the number of angina pectoris,the number of good myocardial blood supply,the number of good cardiac function,the number of family satisfaction was better than before operation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through coronary artery bypass surgery can effectively alleviate the patient's condition,improve the prognosis of patients.
