白内障术后应用明目退翳汤治疗干眼症的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Mingmu Tuiyi decoction on xerophthalmia after cataract surgery

目的:探讨白内障术后应用明目退翳汤治疗干眼症的效果。方法:收治白内障术后发生干眼症患者93例,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=47)。两组均给予人工泪液滴眼液治疗,观察组在此基础上联合明目退翳汤。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组泪液分泌量及泪膜破裂时间均增加,且观察组多于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用明目退翳汤治疗白内障术后干眼症可有效缓解患者临床症状,增加泪液分泌,促进泪膜功能恢复正常。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Mingmu Tuiyi decoction in the treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract surgery.Methods:93patients with xerophthalmia after cataract surgery were selected,and then they were divided into the observation group with46cases and the control group with47cases according to the order of admission.The two groups were treated with artificial tears eye drops,and the observation group were treated with the combination of Mingmu Tuiyi decoction.Results:Compared with before the treatment,tear secretion and tear break-up time in the two groups were increased after the treatment,and in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01);after the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mingmu Tuiyi decoction in the treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract surgery can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,increase tear secretion,and promote the normal function of tear film.
