摘要
目的:探讨颅内压无创检测分析仪的闪光视觉诱发电位技术对婴幼儿视觉发育状态的判断价值。方法:收治单眼球镜度异常的6个月~3岁婴幼儿,通过颅内压无创检测分析仪的闪光视觉诱发电位检查技术,获取健眼与患眼的N2波潜伏期,观察其差异性。结果:远视性异常组与对应健眼比较,N2波潜伏期有延长(P<0.05)。远视可疑组及近视组与对应健眼比较,N2波潜伏期无明显延长(P>0.05)。结论:本研究结果和以往弱视与屈光不正类型关系的结论具有一致性,因此该技术的应用对婴幼儿视觉发育异常的前瞻性判断可能有一定的临床使用价值。
Objective:To explore the value of flash visual evoked potential technique of noninvasive intracranial pressure analyzer in the diagnosis of infants'visual development.Methods:Infants with6to3months of age and single eyeball lens abnormality were selected.Through the flash visual evoked potential technique of noninvasive intracranial pressure analyzer,we obtained the latency of N2wave in healthy eyes and affected eyes,and observed the difference.Results:Compared with corresponding healthy eyes,the latency of N2wave was prolonged in the hyperopia anomaly group(P<0.05).Compared with corresponding healthy eyes,the latency of N2wave was not significantly prolonged in suspicious hyperopia group and myopic group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study were consistent with the previous conclusions on the relationship between amblyopia and ametropia types,therefore,the application of this technique may have some clinical value in the prospective judgment of infants with visual abnormalities.
