产后抑郁患者的心理护理体会

Psychological nursing experience of patients with postpartum depression

目的:探讨心理护理在产后抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法:收治产后抑郁患者108例,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用心理护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理效果和抑郁量表评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在产后抑郁患者中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing in postpartum depression patients.Methods:108patients with postpartum depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group added with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the nursing effect and depression scale scores were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of psychological nursing in postpartum depression patients was significant.
