社区高血压患者护理干预效果观察

Nursing intervention on hypertension patients in community

目的:探讨社区高血压患者护理干预效果。方法:收治高血压患者500例。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用综合护理干预。结果:观察组服药依从率、疾病知识掌握率、自我管理率、行为习惯改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组收缩压、舒张压水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、生活状态评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区高血压患者采用综合护理干预效果显著,利于血压水平的平稳控制,改善生活习惯,增强自律性,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on hypertension patients in community.Methods:500patients with hypertension were selected.The control group were treated with routine nursing management,and the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:The treatment compliance rate,disease knowledge,self management behavior rate,and the improvement rate in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05);systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05);the scores on physical function,psychological function,social function and life status in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective for patients with hypertension in the community,which is conducive to the smooth control of blood pressure level,improvement of living habits,enhancement of self-discipline,and improvement of the quality of life.
