Through the teaching practice,the trainees and interns can fully understand and master the experimental methods and principles of amniotic fluid cell culture and karyotype analysis,understand the common amniotic fluid chromosome abnormalities in cytogenetics and its clinical significance,so as to provide a reliable experimental method for prenatal diagnosis,and also provide accurate basis for genetic counseling of patients.
