摘要
目的:探讨细节管理融入消毒供应中心护理管理中的效果。方法:消毒供应中心从2016年1月起开始实施细节管理,观察实施效果。结果:实施细节管理后,消毒供应中心护理人员护理服务意识评分、差错防范意识评分、安全问题识别能力评分和临床、医技人员对消毒供应中心护理人员的满意度均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理融入消毒供应中心护理管理中的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of detail management in nursing management in sterile supply center.Methods:Since January2016,the disinfection supply center had begun to implement detailed management,and we observed the implementation effect.Results:After the implementation of detail management,nursing service consciousness score of nurses in disinfection supply center,error prevention awareness score,safety problem identification ability score and clinical and medical staff satisfaction for nursing staff in disinfection supply center were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of detail management in nursing management in sterile supply center was significant.
