声速匹配技术在大鼠肝脏脂肪评价中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究不同程度脂肪肝与声速值的关系,探讨声速匹配技术对于脂肪肝分级诊断的可行性。方法:选取SD大鼠80只,随机分为对照组(20只)与观察组(60只),并于不同饲养周数进行区域速度指数(ZSI)值测量及病理学分析,依据病理学结果将观察组再分为轻度脂肪肝组、中度脂肪肝组及重度脂肪肝组,对不同组别ZSI值进行统计学分析。结果:对照组ZSI值为58.40±2.04,轻度组ZSI值为45.74±6.07,中度组ZSI值为30.25±7.59,重度组ZSI值为6.14±12.31。对照组与中度脂肪肝组及重度脂肪肝组间差异具有统计学意义(t=8.892,t=7.075,t=6.889;P<0.05)。结论:声速匹配技术可对脂肪肝SD大鼠进行分级。 Objective:To explore the relationship between the fatty liver of different levels and sound velocity,and discuss the feasibility of sound speed correction technique for the grading diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods:80SD rats were selected and divided into control group(n=20)and observation group(n=60).Zone speed index(ZSI)was measured and pathological analysis was carried out at different feeding weeks.Depended on the pathological analysis,the observation group was further divided into mild fatty liver group,moderate fatty liver group and severe fatty liver group,and the ZSI value among different groups was statistically analyzed.Results:The ZSI value of the control group was58.40±2.04,and the ZSI values in mild group,moderate group and severe group were45.74±6.07,30.25±7.59and6.14±12.31,respectively.And the differences among control group,moderate group and severe group were statistically significant(t=8.892,t=7.075,t=6.889;P<0.05).Conclusion:The sound speed correction technique can be used to classify SD rats with fatty liver.
