摘要
目的:在浮球阀门控制多个硬瓶输液自动换瓶装置的基础上,设计研究一种适用于软袋输液的自动换液装置。方法:研究浮球阀门控制的核心原理、控制位点及技术难点,提出适用于软袋输液的解决方案,对整个产品进行设计定型,通过建模研究验证及完善相关技术环节。结果:建模验证显示,浮球阀门在软袋输液时能很好地实现输液等待及防止液体反流,解决软袋输液的自动依次换液问题。结论:所研制的基于浮球阀门控制的软袋输液自动换袋装置,其结构简单,成本低廉,安全可靠,适用于临床上大部分为软袋输液的实际需求。
Objective:To design a device which could automatically replace liquid and was suitable for infusion by using soft bag based on experience of the control for automatically replacing bottle device of multi hard bottle by floating ball valve.Methods:Through researched the core principle,control point and technical difficulties of the control theory of floating ball valve,and proposed solving ideas for suiting infusion of soft bag so as to achieve design and typification for the product.And then the product was verified and relative detail was improved through modeling research.Results:The results of verification showed that floating ball valve could realize infusion waiting and prevent regurgitation of liquid,and resolve the problem of automatically and successively replacing liquid in the transfusion by using soft bag.Conclusion:The design of floating ball valve in the application of automatically replacing bag in infusion of soft bag has a series of advantages including simple structure,lower cost,safe and reliability.And it can suit the basic situation that soft bag has been used in most of transfusion in clinical practice,therefore,it has well prospects in market.
