辽宁省城乡各级医院心电图机配置现状调查

A status survey of electrocardiograph in different grades hospitals of urban and rural areas in Liaoning province

目的:调查辽宁省城乡各级医院心电图机配置水平和配置结构及其变化趋势。方法:采用自制调查表对辽宁省城乡585家医院的心电图机配置情况进行问卷调查,统计城乡各级医院的心电图机院均配置、品牌结构及价格变化。结果:发放问卷585份,收回调查问卷515份,其中辽宁省一级、二级和三级医院心电图机院均配置分别为1.3台、4.3台和9.1台;城市院均配置3.3台,高于农村院均配置的1.6台。一级医院以三导心电图机(占34.7%)和十二导心电图机(占31.5%)为主,二级医院和三级医院以十二导心电图机为主,分别占51.9%和52.7%。各级医院的心电图机新购置比例显著上升。单导、三导、六导和十二导心电图机的国产化率依次为72.1%、79.1%、73.1%和42.0%,进口设备价格约为国产品牌的2.4倍。结论:辽宁省各级医院心电图机配置水平和配置结构发生巨大改变,未来国产心电图机在辽宁省各级医院具有较大的市场潜力。国内企业急需加大研发投入,突破核心技术,提升产品质量,政府应建立各级医院配置和利用国产品牌的政策环境。

Objective:To investigate the allocation level and allocation structure of electrocardiograph(ECG)in different grades hospitals of urban and rural areas of Liaoning province and their changing trend.Methods:The allocation situation of585hospitals in urban and rural area of Liaoning province was surveyed by using questionnaire,and then the allocation per hospital,brand structure and price change of ECG in different grades hospitals were calculated and analyzed.Results:There were515questionnaires were taken back.In these hospitals,the average allocations of ECG in primary,secondary and tertiary hospitals was1.3,4.3and9.1devices per hospital,respectively.And the amount of ECGs in urban area(3.3 devices per hospital)were more than that of rural area(1.6devices per hospital).Three leads(34.7%)and twelve leads(31.5%)ECGs were the main types in primary hospitals.Twelve leads ECGs were the main type in secondary(51.9%)and tertiary hospitals(52.7%).The proportion of new purchasing ECGs at all grades hospitals had increased significantly year by year.The import substitution rate of single lead,three leads,six leads and twelve leads ECGs were72.1%,79.1%,73.1%and42.0%,respectively.The average price of the imported devices was2.4times of the domestic's price.Conclusion:The allocation level and allocation structure of ECGs have changed dramatically in different grades hospitals of urban and rural areas of Liaoning province.In the next few years,there were great market potential for domestic ECG in the provincial hospitals.Domestic enterprises need to increase investment of research and development,and break through core technique and improve product quality.Besides,government should establish policy environment to allocate and utilize domestic ECGs for various grades hospitals.
