摘要
针对目前医疗机构分子筛制氧(MSOG)设备的使用现状及存在的问题,通过对比国内外对MSOG设备使用监管情况,梳理、汇总国家相关法规文件,分析国内在MSOG设备监管中的不足。MSOG设备作为医疗器械,目前尚无质量监测方面的具体规定,且存在超范围使用的情况,加强医用分子筛制取富氧空气在临床使用的监管刻不容缓。介绍膜分离制氧技术在医用氧行业中的应用进展,该技术有望为医院提供一种全新的医用氧解决方案。
Aim at the present status and problems of molecular sieve oxygen generation(MSOG)equipment in medical institutions,this paper analyzed the loopholes in the supervision of domestic molecular sieve oxygen generation(MSOG)equipment through comparing the domestic and international supervision for these equipment,and carding and gathering relevant domestic laws and regulations.As medical apparatus and instruments,there was no specific provisions of quality monitoring for MSOG,and the usage of MSOG sometime exceeded out use range in practice.It is urgent to strengthen the supervision for using medical molecular sieve in clinical practice.On the other hand,this paper introduced the application development of membrane separation oxygen generation technique in medical oxygen industry,and it was pointed out that this technique is hopeful to provide a new solution for medical oxygen treatment.
