摘要
特高压输电线路发生直流闭锁故障会导致有功功率缺失,使电网频率下降。基于"电网友好"技术,分析了包括频率响应负荷与电压响应负荷的功率调节特性,并提出了相应的响应策略。算例仿真表明,该技术可以在负荷侧响应电网频率紧急状态,从而减少直流闭锁等故障下负荷的切除量,有效提高电网频率的稳定性。
The direct current blocking fault in ultra high voltage(UHV)transmission line will lead to the loss of active power,which will make the grid frequency decrease.Based on the"grid friendly"technology,this paper analyzed the power regulation characteristics including the frequency response and voltage response loads and proposed the corresponding response strategy.The example simulation shows that this technology can respond to the grid frequency emergency state at the load side,so as to reduce the amount of load cut off quantity under the conditions of direct current blocking etc,which improves the stability of the grid frequency.
