安庆市中心城区黑臭水体治理的污水工程规划研究

Sewage Work Planning Research of Black & Odorous Water Treatment in Downtown of Anqing

以安庆市中心城区为例,给出基于消除黑臭水体的污水工程规划,为以后城市黑臭水体治理提供有益经验和建议。在规划过程中,首先调查水污染的现状,分析原因;然后确立规划原则、范围和目标;最后对污水排放、污水厂布局、污水排放口、核心水系截污进行规划。规划时,考虑在核心水系区域布置污水管道,污水厂处理量要考虑截污水量。污水厂布局方案需要详细、系统比较,才能截污还清,长远消除黑臭水体。

Taking the downtown area of Anqing as an example,a sewage engineering plan based on eliminating black &odorous water is given,which will provide useful experiences &suggestions for the future urban black & odorous water treatment.During the planning process,the current situation of water pollution is investigated and the reasons are analyzed firstly,then the principles,scope and objectives of the plan are established;finally,the planning of sewage discharge,sewage plant layout,sewage discharge outlet and core water interception are made.When making a plan,the layout of sewage pipes in the core water system is thought about,and the sewage treatment capacity should be considered on the interception capacity.The sewage plant layout plan requires detailed and systematic comparison,which can arrive at interception & re-clearing,and the black &odorous water can be eliminated in the long run.
