摘要
法国《米其林红色指南》是全球最优质餐厅及美食的权威指南。最早米其林作为一个轮胎制造商为了提高汽车的需求量,吸引人们外出旅行,介绍外面更为精彩的风景和美食,《米其林红色指南》应运而生。本文在对《米其林红色指南(2016版)》的星评标准和评鉴程序进行分析的基础上,针对我国餐饮业等级划分现状及存在的问题,提出要制定一系列适合中国餐饮业发展的星级评定标准并保障其有效实施,提出建议要借鉴《米其林红色指南》中的星评标准和评鉴程序,结合我国餐饮业现状,出台一套符合我国国情的星评标准,以促进我国餐饮业等级划分的步伐,引导我国餐饮业向特色化、品质化发展。
“The MICHLIN Guide”from France is the most authoritative handbook for best restaurant and food in the world.At the beginning,Michelin,as a tire manufacturer,persuaded people to go to the places far away,where were more attractive and fun,in order to increase the demand for cars.So“The MICHLIN Guide”came into being.Based on the analysis of the standard and evaluation procedure of the Michelin Handbook,in view of the present situation and existing problems of the classification of catering industry in China,it suggests to formulate a series of star rating standards suitable for the development of Chinese catering industry and guarantee its effective implementation.It also proposes to refer to the“The MICHLIN Guide”star assessment standards and evaluation procedures.We should introduce a set of star assessment standards in suite of the development of China's catering industry for the industry and consumers are recognized star rating criteria,benefit to upgrading the ranks of China's catering industry level,and guide our catering industry to the characteristics of quality and development,according to the current development of China's catering industry.
