摘要 目的探讨改良健康教育方法对预防神经介入手术老年患者焦虑的护理效果。方法选择首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院收治的神经内科病房行神经介入手术的老年患者,按不同健康教育护理方式分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统健康教育方法,即口头宣教手术过程和讲解注意事项的方法;观察组采用改良健康教育方法,即观看手术视频、介入医师现场答疑和其他术后患者现身说教的护理措施。观察2组患者术前和术后3 d时汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分的差异,并进行统计学分析。结果共入组85例患者,其中观察组44例,对照组41例,术后3 d时观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良健康教育方法对预防神经介入手术老年患者焦虑具有较为明显的效果,具有一定临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the nursing effect of improved health education on preventing the anxiety in elderly patients after neurointervention surgery.Methods85hospitalized elderly patients after neurological intervention were selected and divided into2groups according to different health education and nursing methods:observation group(n=44)and control group(=41);traditional health education method was adopted in control group,including oral explanation of surgical procedure and points for attention while improved health education method was adopted in observation group,including watching operation video,face-to-face questioning and answering with interventional radiologists,experience sharing by patients after operation;the difference in the scores of Hamilton Axiety Scale(HAMA)before operation and3days after operation in the2groups were observed and statistical analysis was made.Results The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale in observation group at the time of3days after operation were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved health education has obvious effect on anxiety prevention in elderly patients of neurointervention surgery,and it is of certain clinical application value.
