摘要
文中阐述了我国废润滑油净化处理再生工艺方法,包括复合溶剂回收、分子蒸馏技术、加氢工艺、膜分离技术等。根据我国目前废润滑油的净化再生现状,这些工艺能够有效去除废油中的污染成分和有效地改善油品的质量,符合我国废润滑油的再生发展趋势。
The regeneration of waste lubricating oil is related to the rational utilization of resources and the effective protection of ecological environment in china.This paper introduces several current waste recycling processes of lubricating oil purification treatment,such as composite solvent recovery,molecular distillation,hydrogenation process,membrane separation technology.According to China's current status of purification and regeneration of waste lubricating oil,these processes not only can effectively remove the pollution components in the waste oil and improve oil quality,but also conform to the trend of waste lubricating oil recycling in china.Finally,a reasonable outlook for the future development of waste lubricating oil treatment is presented.
