摘要
四川石化公司催化汽油加氢精制装置采用GARDES汽油加氢技术,通过性能标定,轻汽油(LCN)终馏点59.12℃,总硫含量0.95μg/g,满足后续轻汽油醚化作为原料的要求;轻重混合汽油产品终馏点199.73℃,总硫含量7.13×10^(-6),辛烷值91.7,满足汽油国V质量标准要求;加氢后混合汽油产品辛烷值较原料辛烷值损失0.55,符合辛烷值损失小于1.6要求;混合汽油收率99.41%,优于设计指标。
The catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit of Sichuan Petrochemical Company uses the GARDES gasoline hydrogenation technology.By performance testing,the end distillation point of light gasoline(LCN)is59.12℃,total sulfur content is0.95μg/g,which meet the requirement of using it as raw material in the subsequent light gasoline etherization;the end point of the mixed light and heavy gasoline product is199.73℃,total sulfur content is7.13×10-6,octane number is91.7,which meet the gasoline quality requirement of state V standard;after hydrogenation,the loss of octane number of mixed gasoline product is0.55compared to the octane number of raw material,which conform to the requirement of<1.6;the yield of mixed gasoline is99.41%which is better than the design index.
