制氢装置凝结水中氨的来源分析

摘要 烃类水蒸气制氢工艺是在催化剂的作用下烃类与水蒸气反应生成H_2、CO和CO_2,同时CO在中温变换催化剂的作用下与水蒸气反应生成氢气与CO_2。在该反应中水蒸气的配入是过量的,因此会产生一部分溶解CO_2的凝结水,某制氢装置的凝结水中发现了氨,文中主要分析制氢装置凝结水中氨的产生原因。 Hydrocarbon vapour hydrogen production process is to generate H2,CO and CO2at the presence of catalyst and under the action of the reaction of hydrocarbons and vapour,and in the same time,CO is reacted with vapour to generate H2and CO2under the function of medium temperature shift catalyst.In this reaction,the ration of vapour is excessive,so can produce some condensed water which can dissolve CO2.Ammonia was founded in the condensed water of the hydrogen production unit.This paper mainly analyzed the cause for generation of ammonia in the condensed water of the hydrogen production unit.
