烟气轮机是重油催化装置重要的能量回收设备,烟气轮机的运行状态直接影响催化装置的长周期运行。文中对装置烟气轮机发生过的故障进行分析,阐述了烟气轮机引起故障的原因及解决故障所采取的相应措施。

The flue gas turbine is the important energy recovery equipment of the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit,and the operating status of the flue gas turbine directly affects the long period operation of the catalytic cracking unit.This paper made analysis to the faults happened in the flue gas turbine of this unit,and expounded the reason for flue gas turbine causing fault and the corresponding measures for solving fault.
