摘要
阐述北京地铁机场线车辆进口司机控制器的国产化产品研制过程。分析进口司机控制器主要原理及存在问题,提出国产化司机控制器设计方案,对其结构进行优化设计,介绍国产化司机控制器研制中采用的关键技术,研制的产品在实际中应用,根据试验验证标准进行其性能和可靠性验证,结果证明国产化司机控制器满足设计要求,完全可以替代国外产品。
This paper describes the development process of domestically made driver-controller for Beijing airport line vehicle to replace the imported products,analyzes the main principle and existing problems of imported driver-controller,puts forward the design principle and optimization on the structure of the domestically made drivercontroller,and introduces the key technologies in the development.In the practice and application,based on the norms and standards,the features and reliability are tested and verifi ed.The results show that the domestically made driver-controllers meet the technical requirements and can completely replace the imported products.
