摘要
以中国动车组客室侧门为研究对象,简述塞拉门和内置式侧拉门的结构和功能,对这2种车门的压紧装置和锁闭装置进行理论计算,通过负载试验和有限元分析等手段,验证主要受力部件的强度是否满足要求;同时发现部件研制过程中出现的问题,通过设计专用工装和改进主要压紧零部件,达到动车组客室侧门密封性要求,保证动车组运营的安全性和舒适性。
This paper focuses on the passenger compartment sliding door of EMU in China,describes the structure and features of the built-in type sliding door and plug door,and makes a theoretical calculation of the hold-down and locking devices of the two different doors.With the load tests and finite element analysis,it studies whether the main components under load meet the requirements,and identifies the problems in the R&D.Through designing new special fixture and improving main hold-down components,the sealing properties of the sliding door of EMU passenger compartment meet the requirement,ensuring the safety and ride comfort performance of the trains operation.
