摘要
针对巴基斯坦拉合尔市轨道交通橙线项目综合联调时间紧、任务重的情况,借鉴国内城市轨道交通综合联调成功的经验,结合橙线项目自身的特点,从规范综合联调前提条件、建立合理的管理架构、优化综合联调流程、建立问题库和问题追踪机制、建立接口问题解决渠道5个方面探讨拉合尔市轨道交通橙线项目综合联调工作现场管理方案,对于拉合尔市轨道交通橙线项目综合联调的顺利进行具有现实意义。
Based on the situation of tight-schedule of the Pakistan Lahore metro Orange Line project integrated testing and commissioning and its heavy tasks,learning successful experiences from the domestic urban rail transits for the integrated testing and commissioning works,taking into consideration of its own characteristics of the Orange Line project,this paper discuses5aspects including standardizing the integrated testing and commissioning pre-conditions,establishing a reasonable management structure,optimizing the integrated testing and commissioning process,establishing problem database and problem tracking mechanism,establishing channel to solve the interface problems in its field management plan,it has practical significance for Lahore urban rail transit rolling out integrated testing and commissioning work in its Orange Line project smoothly.
