摘要
陕南食用菌生产有着悠久的历史,但受产业设备技术落后、发展资金不足、管理不规范、市场信息阻塞等因素影响发展缓慢。针对这些问题,运用可持续发展理论对陕南食用菌产业进行分析研究,并提出积极发展循环农业模式、加强对外产业发展交流、提升食用菌产业组织能力、发展产业融合新业态等措施,为陕南食用菌产业发展提供依据。
The production of edible fungi has a long history in Southern Shaanxi Province,but it developed slowly due to backward industrial equipment technology,insufficient development fund,unregulated management and blocked market information.To solve these problems,this article uses the theory of sustainable development to analyze edible fungus industry.Based on the analysis,several countermeasures are provided,such as putting forward the positive development for circulating agriculture mode,strengthening the external industry exchanges,increasing the organizational capability of edible fungus industry,and developing the new forms of industrial convergence,in order to support the sustainable development of edible fungi industry in Southern Shaanxi.
