广东省高职外语教师的职业现状调查与反思 被引量:1

摘要 通过职业现状问卷调查发现,广东省高职外语教师的年龄、学历、职称结构基本合理,有一定的科研能力,是一支比较稳定的教师队伍。但同时存在性别结构严重失衡、来源单一、"双师"素质比率低、课程应用性和实践性不足、教研项目少且层次低、继续教育缺乏必要的层次和针对性等问题。针对这些现状,从高职教育相关制度、组织支持和教师个体各层面进行了反思。 A survey among foreign language teachers in vocational colleges across Guangdong Province finds that it is a stable career group with reasonable structures of age,education and academic titles,as well as some degree of ability in academic research.However,this group suffers from difficulties such as a very biased gender structure,unitary origin and a low ratio of double-qualification teachers.Moreover,the courses they offer are basic and lack of practice and utility,the teaching-related programs they take are rare and low-level,and the further education they receive is low-level and disoriented.The above problems are reflected from different perspectives including the vocational education system,the organizational supports and the individual teachers.
