精准教育:提升大学新生入学教育质量的新探索

Accurate Education: A New Mode to Improve Freshmen's Enrolment Education

各高校历来重视开展新生入学教育。不过,当前大学新生入学教育存在着"定位不清,方向不准""形式单一,缺乏针对性""应对不及时,教育机制单一"等问题,整体效果亟待提升。在教育实践中,通过实行"精准识别大学新生的情况,有意识帮助新生解决各种适应性问题,形成完善的入学教育评价体系"的精准教育模式,可以有效应对上述问题。

Every university always attaches importance to develop the freshmen’s enrolment education.However,its educational benefit is fruitless because of some problems such as the unclear orientation and the inaccurate direction,the single form and the vague content,and the delayed response and the single teaching mechanism.In the practice of education,we can effec tively deal with the above problems by accurately identifying the freshmen,consciously assisting the freshmen to solve all kinds of adaptability problems and forming a perfect evaluation system of the enrolment education,which is called accurate education.
