当前高校意识形态工作中的文化选择问题探究

高校是为国家培养人才的基地。高校大学生的知识储备、视野开阔度、未来的实践工作能力都从这里起步,高校意识形态工作的问题将直接影响到对大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观的塑造,因此,高校意识形态工作非常重要。面对现在经济全球化,政治多极化与知识信息化的趋势,文化多元化已经成为事实。高校成为文化多元化现象必然辐射到的一个环节。面对不同文化的冲击,如何取舍,决定着高校意识形态工作中的文化选择的方向,也决定着对大学生的价值取向的影响。坚持中国传统文化为根基,以马克思主义文化为指导,合理借鉴西方文化是我们该采取的态度。

Colleges are the talent training bases in China.They determine the college students’knowledge reserving,the horizons of vision and the practical ability.The college ideology work will influence the students’outlook on the life,on the world and on the value,therefore it is very important.The cultural pluralism has turned into the facts facing the trends of the economic globalization and the world multi-polarization and the knowledge informationization.The colleges are in the cultural pluralism.The choice of the cultures determines the direction of the culture choice of the college ideology work in the colleges and influences the value choice of the college students.The correct attitude is to learn reasonably the western culture with Chinese traditional culture as the root and the Marxism as the guidance.
