摘要 臭氧氧化湿法脱硝技术因其脱硝效率高、无二次污染、对现役机组改动和影响非常小等优势,已在工业锅炉中得到了成功应用,但在煅烧炉烟气的治理方面尚未见报道。文章以臭氧氧化脱硝技术在山东某炭素厂应用为例,分析了臭氧氧化湿法脱硝技术、系统组成及摩尔比、温度、反应时间、吸收液性质等关键因素对脱硝效率的影响,为类似的工程设计提供参考和借鉴。 The ozone oxidation wet process denitration technology is applied successfully in the industrial boilers become of the special advantages of high oxidation efficiency,non-secondary pollution,and generation unit modification and little impact.However,there is no news report in the medium in the flue gas treatment of calciner.By taking the application of the ozone oxidation denitration in a certain charcoal plant of Shandong Province as an example,the paper describes the key impact of ozone oxidation wet process denitration technology,systems composition,molar ratio,temperature,reaction time and absorbent liquid properties on denitration efficiency.Meanwhile,it provides reference and use for reference for the similar engineering design.
