上海市及周边部分地区猪传染性胸膜肺炎血清学调查与分析 被引量:7

SEROLOGICAL EPIDEMIOLOGY OF PORCINE CONTAGIOUS PLEUROPNEUMONIA IN SHANGHAI AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS

摘要 为初步了解我国上海市及周边部分地区猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(Actinobacillus pleuropneumoiae,APP)的感染情况,对2015~2016年间采集于上海市、江苏省、江西省以及浙江省部分地区的1031份猪血清进行胸膜肺炎放线杆菌感染情况检测。结果显示,上海市及周边地区部分规模化猪场猪群中APP抗体总阳性率为27.06%,其中APP抗体阳性率江西省(38.08%)、江苏省(33.09%)和浙江省(25.21%)均高于上海市(11.20%);种猪(37.74%)高于哺乳仔猪(33.16%)和育肥猪(25.96%)以及保育猪(14.68%);APP抗体水平夏季(40.25%)高于冬季(25.00%)、春季(28.21%)和秋季(15.29%);小型猪场(42.11%)高于中型(24.86%)和大型猪场(17.97%)中APP抗体阳性率。统计分析显示,APP抗体阴、阳性与地区、猪群的生长阶段、生长季节以及猪场规模有关(P<0.001)。检测结果表明,我国上海市及周边地区猪群中胸膜肺炎放线杆菌感染较为普遍。本研究结果为我国猪传染性胸膜肺炎(porcine contagious pleuropneumonia,PCP)的防控以及净化工作提供了一定的数据支持。 To understand the infection of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoiae(APP)in Shanghai and its surrounding areas,a total of1031 pig serum samples were collected during2015-2016for serological investigation.Total seropositive rate of antibodies against APP were27.06%.The APP positive rates were38.08%in Jiangxi province,33.09%in Jiangsu province,25.21%in Zhejiang province and11.20% in Shanghai city.Positive APP antibody rates differed among pigs at different ages,i.e.,the rates of which were37.74%in breeding herds,33.16%in suckling piglets,25.96%in finishing pigs and14.68%in nursery pigs.It was also found that the positive rates started from28.21%in spring and increased to40.25%in summer followed by a decrease to15.29%in autumn.However,the positive rate climbed to25.00%in winter.In addition,the seropositive rates were also significantly(p<0.001)different with pig farm sizes,i.e.,42.11%on smallscale farms,24.86%on medium-sized farms and17.97%on industrialized farms.The investigation revealed that APP was prevalent in Shanghai and its surrounding areas.
