大豆根瘤共生固氮分子机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 大豆的共生固氮能力得益于根瘤,根瘤数与固氮效率是典型的数量性状受多基因调控。目前,已经在大豆中克隆到结瘤因子(Nodular Factor,NF)的关键受体,以及一些在结瘤信号传导途径中的分子组分,这些组分涉及到结瘤基因、肽类激素、受体激酶和小的信号代谢产物。其中部分基因的功能及作用机理得以阐明,参与的共生固氮途径及部分节点也已明晰。
