互联网+情境下消费者冲动性购买行为研究

摘要 目前我国网民通过互联网+的形式购物已越来越普遍,在这种情境下网购的冲动性购买特征较为明显,占网购比例的一半以上,或者说冲动性购买已经成为网购的一种大众消费习惯。基于这种现象,本文从商品外观、网店装修、价格刺激、社交购物、商家服务质量五个方面进行分析,最终商家可在电商平台、商家网店、客户服务三个层次上进行改进和促进消费者冲动性购买。
