为符合规划选址、功能定位要求,高速公路路线方案的选择对环境的影响较大时,应针对环境敏感区域进行路线方案比选;应基于少占或不占生态严控区、绕避自然保护区、绕避水源保护区的原则,加强生态选线;应采取合理对策,为在施工和运营过程中做好生态环境保护打好基础。

In order to meet the requirements of planning and location,when the route scheme selection of expressway has a great impact on the environment,the selection should be carried out in accordance with the environmentally sensitive areas.The expressway should strengthen the ecological route scheme selection,based on the principles of less occupying or not occuplying the ecologically strictly controlled areas,bypassing the nature reserves,bypassing the water source reserves.Reasonable countermeasures should be taken to lay a good foundation for the protection of the ecological environment during the construction and operation process.
