摘要
以76 500 t散货船低速柴油机推进轴系为研究对象,建立运动学模型。在考虑柴油机激励力和螺旋桨激励力作用下,分析推力轴承刚度对纵向振动特性的影响。结果表明,随着推力轴承刚度增加,纵向振动固有频率增大,1 kn频率振型节点向曲轴自由端移动,且共振振幅减小。
The kinematics model has been established for the propulsion shafting of low-speed diesel engine on a765000tonnage bulk carrier.The influence of thrust bearing stiffness on the longitudinal vibration characteristic is analyzed with consideration of the diesel engine and propeller exciting forces.The results show that,as the thrust bearing stiffness increases,the natural frequency of the longitudinal vibration increases,the modal node at1kn frequency moves to the free end of the crankshaft,and the resonance amplitude decreases.
