基于MapGIS 10编程辅助HNCOOR软件转换矢量文件坐标系

Assist HNCOOR Software to Convert Vector File Coordinate System Based on MapGIS 10 Programming

HNCOOR软件是湖南省测绘坐标转换专用软件,其"湖南大地坐标转换"工具只能接收TXT文件中的坐标数值进行转换,输出仍然为TXT文件,不能直接转换矢量数据。本文以Map GIS 10软件二次开发编程为例介绍一种方法,能提高湖南区域矢量文件的坐标系统转换精度和效率。开发的工具能从矢量文件中自动提取HNCOOR软件能接受的源坐标文本文件,进入HNCOOR软件转换成另一坐标系数据值并输出结果坐标文本文件之后,再由开发形成的工具依照结果坐标文本文件自动将矢量文件的坐标系统转换好,并且不影响矢量文件的属性和符号化参数。

HNCOOR software is the special software for surveying and mapping coordinate conversion in Hunan,but its tool Hunan Geodetic Coordinate Conversion can only receive the TXT file coordinate values and convert them.The output is still a TXT file,which cannot be directly converted vector data.The paper takes MapGIS10software secondary programming as an example,to introduce a method to improve the accuracy and efficiency of Hunan regional vector file coordinate system conversion.The developed tool can automatically extract the source coordinate text files from the vector file that the HNCOOR software can accept,then enter into the HNCOOR software and convert to another coordinate system data values,after that it output result coordinate text file and automatically converted into vector file coordinate system by the developed tool,and most of all,it does not affect the vector file attributes and symbolic parameters.
