艾滋病合并马红球菌感染一例并文献复习

One case of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome complicated with Rhodococcusequiinfection and review of the literatures

马红球菌是红球菌属,革兰染色阳性。马红球菌感染是晚期艾滋病(AIDS)患者比较罕见的并发症。本文通过总结某院收治的一例AIDS合并马红球菌感染患者的诊治经过,并结合2007年1月—2017年1月国内外发表的AIDS合并马红球菌感染病例的相关文献复习,以提高临床医生对AIDS合并马红球菌感染临床特点的认识,使患者能早期获得临床诊断,并选择至少2种抗生素抗感染治疗,尽早实施高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HARRT),可以期待获得更好的临床预后。

ObjectiveRhodococcus equi(R.equi)belongs to Rhodococcus spp.,and is a gram positive bacterium.R.equi infection is a rare complication in advanced stage of patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS).Diagnosis and treatment of one case of AIDS complicated with R.equi infection in a hospital was summarized,related literatures about AIDS complicated with R.equis infection published at home and abroad between January2007and January2017were reviewed,so as to improve clinicians’understanding on clinical characteristics of AIDS combined with R.equi infection,early diagnosis of the disease can be achieved,and at least2kinds of antibiotics are selected for anti infective treatment,highly active antiretroviral therapy can be given as soon as possible,better clinical outcomes can be expected.MethodsResultsConclusion.
