Historical Process and Revelation of the Eco-civilization in Contemporary China

中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会大提出将"大力推进生态文明建设"纳入到经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设"五位一体"的总体布局,表明了中国正在经历经济社会发展模式的关键转型。回顾历史可知,生态文明建设不是一次暂时性的政治任务,而是中国国家经济社会运作与人民生产生活的转型方向,生态文明建设的理念与原则将逐渐融入日常生产与消费之中。因此,生态文明建设的推进应当尊重自然和社会发展的客观规律,并将其纳入进全面依法治国的框架中。

The China Communist Party’s18th national congress puts forward“promoting the building of eco civilization”and“five in one”mode of development,showing that China is experiencing the pivotal transformation of economic and social development.China’s process of eco civilization construction is not a temporary political movement,but the transforming target of China’s national economic and social operation.The Philosophy and principles of eco civilization will be gradually permeated into daily production and consumption.Therefore,the promotion of the eco civilization construction should respect the objective law of nature and social development,should be coordinated with economy,politics,culture and society development,should be based on the law based governance model.
