摘要
为了加强产品全生命周期绿色管理,基于产品生命周期理论引入可再生利用率和节能性两项指标衡量产品的生态设计水平,通过构建两阶段Stackelberg博弈模型得到了各利益相关者的最优运作决策,并分析了产品生态设计对供应链各利益相关者运作决策的影响。结果表明:制造商愿意提高产品生态设计水平扩大市场份额;基于可再生利用和节能的产品生态设计对各利益相关者的定价、回收、可再生利用和节能水平的选择具有替代效应或互补效应。
In order to enhance green management during the whole product life cycle,a Stackelberg game model is formulated based on product life cycle theory.The reutilization rate and energy saving property are integrated into the game model to balance the level of product eco design.The optimal policies of the stakeholders are obtained and the impacts of product eco design on the stakeholders’profits are analyzed.The results indicate that the manufacturer prefers to enlarge its market share by improving the level of product eco design.In addition,there exists the replacement effect and complement effect on the decisions of stakeholder,including pricing,recycling,remanufacturing,energy saving on the basis of the product eco design considering energy reutilization and energy saving.
