深圳市生活垃圾处理社会总成本模型的构建及分析 被引量:1

摘要 深圳市面临严峻的垃圾处理现状.选择经济合理的垃圾处理方式,科学计算垃圾处理社会总成本已经成为目前亟待解决的问题.本文对国内外其他城市的垃圾处理现状进行分析,根据资料选取合适的评价指标构建出了"PSR"模型的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法进行数学建模,建立了深圳市城市垃圾处理社会总成本分析模型.基于所建立的模型以及诸多指标的量化分析,估算了多种垃圾处理模式的社会总成本,未来十年总成本以及变化趋势.设计了符合远期成本效益的优选模式,并根据量化结果对政府提出相关建议. Faced of the increasing amount of waste generated and garbage landfill capacity fast consumption,the development of circular economy,sustainable development,promoting the reduction,recycling and harmless waste have become a problem to be solved to.In order to select reasonable and economical methods of waste disposal,we need to establish a social cost analysis model for urban waste treatment in Shenzhen.the garbage yield increasing trend is determined.According to the data,selecting the appropriate index to construct“PSR”model of the evaluation index system,then using fuzzy mathematics analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the relative weight of each index layer,the hierarchy index,the use of MATLAB software,and the calculation formula of the index that the total cost index,finally the decomposition of the rule layer and collecting relevant data,using the indexes of SPSS,MATLAB and Excel software,a detailed analysis of established evaluation methods and standards of membership.
