导游专业中高职有机衔接机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of Organic Convergence in Secondary and Higher Vocational Education for the Tour Guide Specialty

导游专业的中高职有机衔接必须以导游专业人才培养为目标,强调专业课程核心和师资保障衔接;以导游专业学生就业为导向,强化专业教学内容和职业能力的职业教育发展性。中高职有机衔接的具体实施应建立在现代职业教育体系的基础上,在教育管理、招考制度、人才培养方案、课程体系和质量保障等方面进行有机衔接,真正实现专业技术人才层次和规格的衔接。

This paper suggests that the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education emphasize the importance of the connection of professional courses core and teachers security according to talent training plan for tour guide specialty,and reinforce the development of teaching contents and vocational education cultivation oriented by students'employment.Based on modern vocational education system,the implement of convergence,including education management,mechanism of enrollment,talent training plan,course system and quality guarantee,in secondary and higher vocational education,will achieve the convergence between the level and standard for professional talent.
